Delete your account & data
The fastest way: in the app
Open the app → Profile tab → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
No longer have the app?
Email support@beelinemicrosystems.com with the subject "Delete my account", sent from the email address your account uses (that's how we verify it's you). We complete emailed deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by reply.
What gets deleted
- Your parent account (email, name, sign-in)
- All child profiles: names, ages, pronunciation spellings, likes
- All photos and illustrated storybook characters
- All personalized stories created for your children
- Push notification tokens and device records
What we keep
Purchase records we're legally required to retain for tax and fraud purposes are kept in anonymized form only — they no longer link to you or your children. Nothing else is retained.
Just want to remove one child's data? In the app: Profile → tap the child → Edit → Delete. That removes their profile, photos, character art, and their personalized stories — your account and other children are untouched. Voice recordings never need deleting: they are processed in memory and never stored (see the privacy policy).
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a Google Play or App Store subscription — cancel it in your store's subscription settings to stop future charges.
